Moylan, Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce Invite Business Owners and Residents to Economic Advisory Co

“As I continue to emphasize the need to retain and create local jobs here in the community, I understand that it is time to rewrite the rules that are stacked against small and medium-sized employers,” Moylan said. “We need to close loopholes that let large corporations avoid paying their taxes entirely and cut taxes on small and local businesses.”

Moylan will be joined by the Michael Reever, the Vice President of Government Relations for the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce, to discuss solutions that will help local businesses grow. These reforms include reinstating tax credits for employers that create jobs here in Illinois while also cutting taxes on small and medium-sized employers.

“We must first invest in businesses that invest in Illinois and ban all taxpayer-funded deals for businesses that ship American jobs overseas,” Moylan said.” Then we can level the playing field for our local employers and lift up the middle class.”
