Three new bills co-sponsored by state Rep. Marty Moylan, eliminating the statute of limitations for various child sexual offenses were introduced in the state House on Wednesday. The legislation was introduced in response to the state’s inability to prosecute disgraced former U.S. House Speaker Dennis Hastert for sex crimes he committed against children while serving as a wrestling coach because too much time passed.
